This video caught my eye. A courthouse surveillance camera catches what appears to be a woman writing on something. They check it out… and what happens next might surprise you. This happened in NC and if it is any where near the place I lived this has a lot to do with drugs or babies being dropped on their head. VIEW, VOTE and DISCUSS!
